There will not be any change in the date of birth of a pupil once it is entered into the School Records.
Parents and guardians are earnestly requested to cooperate with the school authorities regarding rules, lessons, home work, co-curricular activities and character training of the children.
Any communication (request or complaint) made by the parents should be addressed to the Principal and not to the class teacher.
Parents are requested to meet the Principal / Headmistress or Dept. Heads to discuss the progress of their children only by prior appointment.
No school business will be transacted during holidays.
A record of address of parents and guardians is maintained in the school office. Any change of address should be communicated to the school office without delay.
The school always seeks the co-operation of parents. One of its objectives is the promotion of closer relationship between home and school. It is important that parents must make it a point to be present for the Parent-Teachers' Meeting. Parents should check the school diary regularly.
In any school activity where your ward is required to participate you are requested to kindly co-operate and encourage your ward in these activities as it is for his / her all round development. You are also requested to contribute toward the activities as and when required.
Pupils must be present on both the opening and closing day. In case of absence due to illness, the Head of the Institution must be informed in writing.
A pupil who has been suffering from or who has been in contact with any infectious diseases must produce a certificate (from a competent authority) that she or he may attend school without the risk of conveying infection to others.
Children are not supposed to being gifts for their friends to bring for their friends on their birthday or cut a cake in the school premises.
Strict measures will be taken if any student is absent in the week before the examination unless it is due to illness and proper medical documents have been submitted.
No student is allowed to take tuition from teachers, teaching in the school.
Pupils on their way to and from school are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible & disciplined manner.
